Conservation is not a one and done fix. For the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, it’s a timeless, dedicated commitment to protect and enhance habitat for elk and a myriad of other wildlife species.

Look no further than Kentucky’s elk range for a recent example where RMEF worked alongside partners to conserve and open public access to a large swath of land and then put more money and volunteer manpower on the ground to transform an impacted landscape into something greater.

Special thanks to our partners: The Nature Conservancy, Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife Resources, National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and Kentucky General Assembly
