The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation strongly supports a bill scheduled to hit the U.S. House floor this week to delist gray wolves in the Lower 48.

In essence, the Pet and Livestock Protection Act requires the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to reissue the 2020 final rule, which returns wolf management to state wildlife agencies. If passed into law, it would not be subject to judicial review.

RMEF urges its members to take action by clicking here to reach out to their elected House representatives to vote “yes.”
